Far Away Daughters

An audio piece that talks to those who feel they are failing their filial duty

It’s a fear understood by most immigrants. Leaving elderly parents behind and not being able to care for them in their time of need.

What was a lingering common knowledge in the back of one’s mind has been brought to the forefront during the current crisis.

This audio piece attempts to articulate these unspoken fears.

Featuring the voices of A Arumbakkam, K Raghu, J Sangameswaran, R Sharma, A Raghunathan and R Shyamala.
